Omatua can host up to 47 guests in 10 comfortable bedrooms.
Bedroom layouts:
4 x Queen bedrooms (one with ensuite and a king single in an adjoining bedroom)
1 bedroom contains 8 x king single beds.
5 x ‘Family rooms’ with 1 x Queen bed and 4 x king single beds
Omatua has 2 shared bathrooms with 5 showers, and 5 toilets in total, split into 'ladies' and 'gents' and one separate bathroom with 2 toilets and a shower in the Riddell Lodge Hall (plus the ensuite with basin, toilet and shower in one bedroom)
Omatua has the added benefit of two large separate halls / living areas - one, a recently furnished and decorated dining area attached to the fully equipped commercial kitchen which can seat 60+ guests comfortably beside the fire, with large bay windows across one side of the room looking out toward the river. The other area, is a large hall which is great for seating large groups of up to 100+ people.
Outdoor living is set over 5 acres of sprawling gardens including native and exotic trees.
Our Rates:
Small Groups (20 people or less)
all year rate
$1800 per night for up to 20 people.
Large Groups (20+ people)
All year rate
$80 per guest per night in cabin / bedroom.
$30 per guest per night camping.
$20 day visitor per person per day.
extra fees:
There is a cleaning fee of $500 per booking.
There is also a ‘one off’ linen fee of $15 per person.
You have exclusive use of the property during your stay. We offer rates for both small and large groups, as well as camping options.
NB: There is a three night minimum stay over Public holidays/long weekends.
Camp
There is also plenty of camping space available.
